We follow a strict no-return policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

2. Damaged Product Returns

If your order arrives damaged, we will review it for a possible replacement under the following mandatory condition:

• A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package.

• The video must clearly show the damage as the package is being opened.

• Damaged items must be returned to the address provided by our team after your claim is verified.

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or replacement requests.

3. Return Address

Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, our team will share the appropriate return address for sending the damaged product.
